Product Care

JEWELLERY CARE
We encourage and recommend taking off jewellery while using hand sanitizers, perfume, hairspray, or deodorants because alcohol has a colour-dissolving effect. We recommend not to wear jewellery in the water, sauna, solarium or while engaging in sports activities.
The rhodium- and gold plating on the jewellery will remain bright and shiny for longer if you follow these instructions and store the jewellery in the original box.

JEWELLERY CLEANING

Jewelry polishing cloths are one of the most effective and safest ways to clean your jewelry. Polishing cloths help remove fingerprints, oils, tarnish, dirt, and dullness. It will not, however, remove scratches. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewellery in lukewarm clean water and pour a small quantity of PH-neutral soap into the water. If necessary, you can also carefully use a soft-bristle toothbrush for removing dirt.

RHODIUM- AND GOLD PLATING

Plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of rhodium or gold onto the surface of silver. The rhodium- and gold plating will wear off with time, it will however last longer when following the care guidelines above.

FIXING THE LOCK ON HOOP EARRINGS

Hoop earrings may occasionally become difficult to close, this may happen if the closure becomes bent during use. It can easily be fixed by gently pushing on the stud, either up or down, so that it "clicks" into the lock again.
