CONDITIONS OF USE
When shopping at Sif Jakobs Jewellery using our webshop, you must accept that a final buying agreement will not be made before an employee from the company has processed your order.
Sif Jakobs Jewellery reserves its right to cancel an order, due to sold out products, wrong pricing, products not available, risk of credit card fraud or in other cases.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Centre cannot process any store returns and your package will be returned to you. If the item was purchased at the store, it must be returned at a store.

Please note: when trying on items of Jewelry, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

If you wish to return Products you have ordered please phone the Customer Service +45 35267777, a member of the Customer Service team will then advise you how to return the products. If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your returned products.

PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of local VAT unless otherwise specified. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Please note that shipping dates are estimates only. Unless otherwise stated despatch dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order end up being unavailable.

CUSTOMS
When ordering products from Sif Jakobs Jewellery for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Sif Jakobs Jewellery, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

SECURITY
You have, at any time, the right to hear which kind of your information we have stored. Just send us an email with your name and address and within 10 days you will get an email with all of your information we have stored. If you wish that we delete this information, please state this clearly in your mail.

We do not forward your information to any third party. The information that you specify is being kept confidential and will under no circumstances be transferred.
